    Born and raised on the Island of Oahu, Dana has a profound understanding of and appreciation for the island lifestyle.  She has been a Hawai’i-licensed Realtor Associate and member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors since 2005.  With over 11 years of experience in residential sales, real estate development, and escrow management, she previously worked for esteemed companies such as Century 21, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty, and A & B Properties, Inc.  Her positive energy and diverse knowledge of Hawai’i’s real estate market allows her to provide clients with outstanding customer service and satisfaction.  In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and experimenting with new cooking recipes with family and friends.

    Egen’s professional sales and marketing experience provide Brookfield with a leader in home brokerage. With an extensive background in developer real estate sales and marketing, his career began on the Island of Hawai’i at the Kona Coast Resort in 1995. In that time he has worked with some of Hawai’i’s most prestigious and successful fractional hospitality and private residential resort developers including Hilton, Starwood and the Lyle Anderson Company. His diverse real estate experience ranging from fractional to single family to luxury residential resort provides a wide breadth of knowledge to assist our customers in making their final decision to call Hawai’i their home, whether primary or secondary. A graduate of the University of Oregon, Egen enjoys spending time with his family and appreciating the unparalleled lifestyle that Hawai’i offers.

  • Kristina Harvey R(B)Sales Consultant, Ka Milo at Mauna Lani

    Tiring of the cold winters her home state of Illinois is known for, Kristina decided she needed to make her way to warmer climates. A lifetime aficionado of the ocean and a golfer from a young age, the Big Island had everything to offer her: world-class golf, gleaming white sand beaches, pristine rainforests and secluded valleys to explore.  After various careers in the hospitality and golf industry along the vaunted Kohala Coast, Kristina decided to focus on real estate. She received her Hawai’i Real Estate License in 2004 and more recently her Hawai’i Broker’s License and Certified New Home Sales Professional certification in 2011. During her career she has worked extensively in the resort communities along the Kohala Coast both for Mauna Lani Realty Inc., and Hawai’i Resort Homes, LLC.  While at KaMilo as a Sales Consultant from 2008 to 2010 she formed many close bonds within the community. After a short time away to focus on her family, Kristina has returned to KaMilo.  A perfect day for Kristina would be spent with her husband and two young daughters, enjoying all the beauty and tranquility the Big Island has to offer.

    Ron brings over 25 years of real estate sales experience with Brookfield and other luxury developers. He and his family have owned property in Hawai’i for over 30 years and Ron is a resident of the Big Island. Ron is dedicated to providing a high level of personal service to his clientele and has escrow, architecture and project management experience in addition to general brokerage sales. Ron enjoys a healthy lifestyle, boating, being outdoors and all the amenities that Hawai’i has to offer with friends and family.

Instrumental in the acquisition of the Nihilani, Kamilo and Pili Mai Communities, David is a well-rounded leader with a complete understanding of business processes, organizational structures, strategy and change management; plus cross-functional leadership skills as an engineer, business manager and general contractor. He has proven skills as an asset manager, capable of handling budgets, forecasting financials, cash flow, and long- and short-term financing for developments. David continues to be an ongoing relationship builder, comfortable negotiating purchase contracts, working with government officials and building strong partnerships.

    A respected sales producer, Daniel has worked with industry leading companies such as Ingersoll Rand, Marriott International and REMAX International. Daniel has 14 years of Sales and Marketing experience on Kauai which has proven to be a valuable asset for his Real Estate career. Daniel enjoys the lifestyle that Kauai offers, with a special fondness for the outdoors. Some of the activities he enjoys include fishing, diving, surfing and riding his dirt bike. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Daniel and his beautiful wife Malyssa have 3 wonderful kids named Ashley, Luna and Sol.

    Todd’s celebrated career in luxury resort property sales began during the ski season of 1995 in Breckenridge, CO. It was here, he discovered a way of living that he, his beautiful wife Alison, and their two young boys have enjoyed for 20 years. Todd’s success has been built on a philosophy where “selling” is not the business of persuading others, rather it is an art where one is able to effectively “transfer feelings” in a way that allows others to envision how their lives could be better. Having the good fortune of living in dream locations such as the Hawaiian Islands, and being of service for some of the most well respected names in the industry like Marriott International, Hyatt, and East/West Partners, “transference of feelings” comes easy for Todd. A resident of Kauai for more than 10 years, Todd deeply appreciates the lifestyle it provides his family and loves sharing his passion and enthusiasm with customers.

Scott brings over thirty years of experience to new home construction and community development. Scott is the Vice President of Operations responsible for purchasing, construction, and customer service. Scott believes in honesty, integrity, and that delivering an outstanding product is the key to success in any industry. Scott has been in Hawai’i 9 years and loves the weather, ocean, surfing and enjoying everything Hawai’i has to offer with his family.

    Amy’s professional work experience has spanned the past 30 plus years, working with several companies including a CPA firm. She has worked in a variety of fields accumulating knowledge in multiple aspects of accounting over her career. After experiencing firsthand many different types of businesses, Amy has found real estate development to be the most rewarding field as you follow the metamorphosis of a project from the beginning vision to the final end product which is a finely crafted home. She is responsible for the day to day accounting procedures for the whole company as well as providing pertinent financial data for the company to move forward in their various projects.
