On-line Application Disclosure Agreement
By completing the Island Home Mortgage web application, you hereby agree and understand that your loan application may be reviewed by the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation Loan Prospector Automated Underwriting Service (Freddie Mac/Loan Prospector-"LP") or the Federal National Mortgage Association Desktop Underwriting Service (Fannie Mae/Desktop Underwriter-"DU") to assist Island Home Mortgage in processing your application. In addition, you authorize Island Home Mortgage to obtain copies of your personal credit report in order to process your application. Your credit report will not be run until a deposit and lot have been confirmed by the sales agent.
