With 13 years of experience in Hawaii, David is instrumental to the success of Brookfield Homes Hawaii. Day-in and day-out, he uses his background in engineering and financial management to guide projects through land acquisition, project feasibility and entitlement. He also coordinates all legal requirements so each project can be as successful as what they were inspired to be.

In 1995 he competed in Honolulu Marathon, though, as an avid jogger, swimmer and weight trainer.
