With over 25 years of industry experience, he began his career as a city land planner, which led him to start Brookfield Homes Southland. As President, he delivered 700 homes a year for the10 years he oversaw Brookfield Homes Southland. Now as President of Brookfield Homes Hawaii, Jeff has brought a community vision and a refreshing holistic approach to home building in Hawaii, where buyers inspire the creation of the homes and neighborhoods. A recognized leader in the industry, he is building Brookfield Hawaii into a highly creative and dynamic team. Selected 2003 Builder of the Year by the Building Industry Association and honored as the Entrepreneur of the Year at the Annual Kapolei Outstanding Achievement Awards, Jeff appreciates the recognition, but continues to strive for innovative ways to complement homes and lifestyles.
