Brookfield Homes Hawaii is in the final planning stages for Leihano, our new age restricted and wellness-oriented neighborhood in Kapolei.

Brookfield Homes Hawaii will be designing and building the age restricted active adult neighborhood. The community will be located in Kapolei within walking distance of theaters, grocery stores and other conveniences. Leihano will not only consist of homes but also a large community clubhouse, private parks, walking trails, a "Main Street" commercial area with shops, services and restaurants, and a wide variety of amenities dedicated to the concept of wellness.

We are planning two different types of active adult products for a total of 344 homes for the 55-plus age group. The first consist of 12 homes per building, elevators, a lobby and side-by-side parking garages. We are also planning 4-plex buildings with four single story homes in each building, private lanais and two-car garages.

The size of the homes will range between approximately 950 square feet and 2,100 square feet, with 1-3 bedrooms and 1 to 2.5 baths. This new residential community combines the beauty of the island with a style of living committed to wellness, and offers something for everyone.
