Brookfield Homes Hawai`i Names Jason Hodge As Vice President Of Sales

HONOLULU (12.20.2007) – Brookfield Homes Hawai`i is excited to announce the appointment of Jason Hodge as Vice President of Sales. In his new position, Jason will lead Brookfield’s sales team in all aspects of sales from prospect management to the customer experience and will be accountable for four distinct Brookfield neighborhoods on the islands of Kaua‘i, The Big Island and O’ahu.

Hodge comes to Brookfield Homes Hawaii with over 17 years experience in sales, with the last 12 spent specifically dedicated to new home sales. Jason’s career has led him across several continents and his understanding of different cultures will be a valuable asset to the sales team and Brookfield as a whole. He began his career as a new homes sales consultant and held various Executive Sales and Marketing positions at three of the top ten builders in the United States, including: Centex Homes, Hovnanian Homes and KB Home. Hodge was most recently Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Mattamy Homes in Charlotte, North Carolina. His expertise includes strategic planning, recruitment, training and staff development for projects that have included: active adult communities, custom homes worth over $1.5 million, multi-family developments (townhomes, live/work, condos), master plan communities of over 1,500 homes, and in-fill communities with as few as 10 homes. Throughout his career, Hodge has recruited, hired, and trained over 60 new home sales consultants, many of whom have assumed leadership roles in the industry. He has also worked on two projects that have won the JD Power and Associates “#1 in Customer Satisfaction Award” for builders, the last one being awarded this past year.
