Brookfield Homes Hawaii invites the public to support the Kohala High School Golf Tournament / silent auction benefiting student programs located in Washington DC and Costa Rica.
The KaMilo at Mauna Lani neighborhood will host an awards ceremony and silent auction to help raise money for students participating in a civic awareness trip to Washington D.C. and a cultural awareness and language emersion trip to Costa Rica. There will also be opportunities to tour four model homes at the KaMilo neighborhood
KaMilo at Mauna Lani, built by Brookfield Homes Hawaii, will be a hub of activity on November 16th when they host the awards ceremony and silent auction for a golf tournament / silent auction to benefit Kohala High School students participating in CLOSE UP, civic awareness program in Washington D.C., as well as, students participating in a cultural awareness and language emersion program in Costa Rica. The golf tournament will be held at the Mauna Lani North Golf Course and begins at noon. The cost is $95 per player and is in a two-man scramble format. This is a great opportunity to help deserving students at Kohala High School experience another part of the world and broaden their educational and cultural horizons.
During and after the tournament, players, guests and students will have a chance to tour four model homes at the KaMilo neighborhood. They will also be able to enjoy the recently-opened, two-acre recreation center, featuring two pool and hot tub areas, gathering pavilion, a great lawn, exercise hale, yoga lawn, and sun deck.
