Brookfield Homes Hawai‘i Offers Lease-Back Program To Homebuyers At Pilimai At Po‘ipu On Kaua‘i

Brookfield Homes Hawai‘i has launched a new lease-back program at its PiliMai at Po‘ipu neighborhood on the south shore of Kaua‘i. The lease-back program is available on four model homes, which will be sold furnished with upgraded flooring packages and spacious open-floor plans.

“The lease-back program is a sign of our utmost confidence in and commitment to the success of our project,” said Brookfield Homes Hawai‘i President Jeffrey Prostor. “This approach will allow us to utilize the model homes while offering guaranteed rental income to the buyer during the lease period.” Brookfield Homes Hawai‘i will also pay the homeowners association dues for the same period.

Sitting on 20 acres of prime land adjacent to the ninth fairway of the Kiahuna Golf Club, PiliMai at Po‘ipu offers townhomes and stacked flats with private one-car garages. Two-, three- and four-bedroom condominium homes range from 1,208 to 1,850 square feet, and are outfitted with top quality appliances and fixtures as well as unique architectural details and superior interior fit and finishes for which Brookfield Homes Hawai‘i has become recognized in the building industry. The neighborhood is situated at an elevation that is high enough to afford dramatic ocean views and grand vistas of the surrounding mountains and adjacent verdant golf fairways and offers resort-like amenities, including a private recreational village complete with pools, spa, exercise center and gathering pavilion.

PiliMai offers some of the first new residences to be built in Po‘ipu in over ten years. PiliMai’s units are priced from the $600,000s. Construction is expected to begin this summer.
