Reports to: Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Objective: To be the “Resident Expert” in effectively managing the sales goals of the community and delighting the customer.
Job Description
• The Salesperson shall meet, greet and build rapport with all individuals entering the sales office by through questioning, determine the buyer’s needs, motivations and behaviors.
• Match desired home, home site or condo to the buyer’s needs, and communicate value of the desired product during the demonstration process.
• Handle objections, as necessary, throughout the sales process.
Accurately and thoroughly complete all contracts and related paperwork, and submit them within the established time frames.
• The Salesperson shall obtain all required information necessary for effective follow-up.
• Maintain current knowledge of all sales information regarding Product, Sales Process, Administrative Process, Legal and Compliance Issues, Mortgage Financing, Sales Force Automation and Supporting Systems
• The Salesperson shall enter all necessary follow-up information on prospects and leads into the sales force automation system.
• Properly establish links for follow-up with all contacts and execute all follow-up activities using the sales force automation system.
• The Salesperson shall establish and maintain an ongoing relationship with key realtors in order to achieve the desired co-op levels. Provide community information and updates to realtors on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct realtor presentations to promote Brookfield Homes according to the established criteria.
• The Salesperson shall generate a substantial amount of self-generated traffic from present, closed, and cancelled customers.
• Solicit a high level of self-generated sales by participating in a variety of activities and making contacts with networking sources and professional associates.
• Create and execute a defined follow-up process on all closed and cancelled customers using the sales force automation system.
• Create and execute a prospecting action plan to be approved, reviewed and revised on a quarterly basis.
• The Salesperson shall insure buyer expectations have been properly established regarding all activities, from contract signing to post-closing.
• Maximize referral opportunities by using the pre-determined communication medium in the sales force automation system.
• Provide ongoing service to customers during the construction process in order achieve outstanding satisfaction ratings on all sales-related issues.
• Resolve customer problems or issues within the established decision-making and financial parameters.
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the sales center throughout the day by periodically walking through the premises.
• Maintain a constant awareness of current and future competition, community services, and programs that might influence a prospect’s decision to purchase.
• Hawaiian Real Estate License will be needed prior to going on line or selling to customers.
