REPORTS TO: President
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the preparation of the company business plan.
Prepare and meet department budget.
Meet or exceed sales’ goals per company business plan at prices established by the President or as the market indicates.
Approve selections of excellent sales personnel.
Motivate, evaluate, and review sales personnel; communicate company goals and objectives.
Create and implement effective advertising and promotion strategies, overall public relations program, Realtor programs, customer referral programs, and traffic evaluation system.
Merchandise sales office, models, and model lots effectively.
Effectively and efficiently manage all customer mortgage processing.
Effectively and efficiently manage processing of all purchase agreements.
Coordinate effectively with Construction/Development Management Department during construction of all homes.
Generate timely and relevant consumer market and other company research in order to meet objectives of all departments as needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with excellent home building companies to exchange ideas regarding effective sales and marketing programs.
Represent the company in various industry, civic and other public relations activities.
Maintain weekly dashboard report to project cash flow.
Create initial project specifications for new neighborhoods.
Create marketing program for architect/team neighborhood goals.
Provide base pricing and premium recommendations for all neighborhoods under investigation.
Hire consultant teams and communicate budget and goals effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
• The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of sales and marketing experience including 5-6 years experience specifically in resort and second home sales in the real estate industry.
• Should have some experience in the multi-family or single-family market.
• Should have some product design experience.
• Strong prospect tracking and lead generation experience
• Computer literacy required.
