Construction on PiliMai at Po‘ipu continues at a steady pace, with the foundation pour of Building 10 set to take place in the next couple of weeks. Once completed the PiliMai neighborhood will truly begin to take shape as it goes vertical. Building 10 is scheduled to be completed by this time next year and Buildings 11 and 15 will also begin their construction in phases beginning next year.

Keoneloa Beach
Known as “Shipwreck Beach,” is located on the South Kauai beach coastline that fronts the Hyatt Hotel. “Shipwreck Beach” garnered its name from a ship that ran aground years ago. Most of the ship has long since washed away but on occasion the motor is still visible. The beach is a good spot to sunbath, fish and watch experienced surfers, windsurfers and bodysurfers. See More
